Devilled Eggs - In The Bag!


Description

The easiest, no fuss, no mess method for making Devilled Eggs

Ingredients

At a glance
Makes
12 Devilled Egg Halves

6 hard-boiled eggs
1.5  heaped desert spoons of mayonnaise
1 level teaspoon of mustard powder or a heaped teaspoon of wet mustard
paprika and chives or parsley to garnish
Salt and pepper

Method

Cut the eggs in half lengthways. Remove the yolks and put them in a small plastic sealable bag.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to the bag, seal and massage the ingredients to blend thoroughly. Snip a corner of the bag off with scissors and pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites>
Garnish with paprika and finely chopped herbs.

Variations

Add chilli sauce instead of mustard. Garnish with stuffed olives. Add a little salmon on top of the piped yolk mixture. Make up your own variations to suit your taste
