I've been hearing that microwaved poached eggs are popular too. 

This week I've seen Paul from Nelson try and scramble 16,000 dozen eggs in a truck and a dessert egg burger from Bar Salute in Greytown.

Here's my microwave scramble with spinach and few tomatoes.
